Hire admins dedicated to running the forum app

There seems to be a glaring issue when it comes to the application process, this is probably due to the fact that there isn't enough staff to handle the influx of jutsu applications. People have reported waiting weeks for even a reply to jutsu. Might I suggest hiring more people to read and review jutsu applications if you guys need more time to handle other things?
