Laws

Those of Sunagakure will be held within a three strike basis. The first strike is a warning, the second strike is imprisonment, and the third strike is typically execution. Most situations are done on a case by case basis through the judgement of the council, only overruled by the Kazekage should the situation fit.
1. Murder of another resident of any kind that is not sanctioned through a death duel or order of the Kazekage will result in execution. (Case by case basis)
2. Stealing of any kind shall result in imprisonment of one week (1 ooc day)
3. The Orders of those Jounin rank or above is law. Given that the Kazekage themself are no present to dish orders. Should one feel that the order is unjust, it should be taken to the Kazekage for review and punishment will be handled accordingly. 
Insubordination typically results in 1 week imprisonment (1 ooc day)
4. Leaving the village shall only be approved by those of Jounin status and higher. This can be overruled by the Kazekage.
5. Treason is case by case basis. Though typically based on the offense is handled through either imprisonment or execution.
6. The harvesting of clan Kekkei genkai is prohibited. A trial of those who have steal a clan's secrets and jutsu is to be made with the presence of the Kazekage or Jounin commander. This can be bypassed should the clan adopt and or grant permission to an individual to be granted their Kekkei genkai. This must be ran by the Kazekage however.

Grudge Match

In the event conflict arises between two shinobi. A grudge match may be called to question in which the two parties are to be placed within an area and fight out their differences. This is to be watched by one of Chunnin status or higher. Upon the victor being decided, the argument and conflict is squashed indefinitely and both parties are to go on their separate ways.
Death Battle
Death battles are a rarity that should only be sanctioned through the approval of the Jounin commander or Kazekage. In these battles the typically outcome is left up to the victor be it maiming or murder. In such battles Kazekage and Jounin commander must be present to observe. One both parties agree on the death battle it cannot be taken back and battle must commence. This may be overruled based on decision of the Kazekage.
